Schools’ duty to provide remote education

Where a pupil, class, group or small number of pupils need to self-isolate, or there is a local lockdown requiring pupils to remain at home, DfE expects schools to be able to immediately offer them access to remote education. Schools should ensure remote education, where needed, is high-quality and aligns as closely as possible with in-school provision.

Our remote learning plan can be found here -

Class Dojo is our online class communication and reward tool. Staff will be adding class updates and information about what is happening in the classroom. You can also send a direct message to the class teacher during this period where we are unable to allow parents into the school buildings. If at any point we move to home learning, this is be a preferred platform for sending work home.
